Shipping & Storage:
Every order is shipped frozen to preserve freshness, and loaves should be refrozen upon receipt. You’ll receive full loaves, pre-sliced and ready to use. While we recommend keeping them frozen for long-term storage, you can also refrigerate a loaf at a time for day-to-day use. Just toast and enjoy—no need to thaw first.

I am a fairly newly diagnosed celiac (about a year and a half) and despite all of the non-descriptive symptoms I had for years I never attributed them to gluten and would consider it a staple in my former diet. I say all that to impress upon you, dear reader, how much I miss bread, pasta, all things gluten.

Thank you for your honest opinion! Shipping single loaves of GF bread without additives and preservatives in summer heat can be challenging, and I appreciate your sampling and sharing. I always recommend when not toasting, to pull slices frozen, place in toaster just to thaw and warm. The frost on the bread will help to revive the slices for best enjoyment untoasted.
