Gregorio’s Whole Grain Panino Rolls are allergen-free, GFCO certified, OK Kosher certified, and Non-GMO Project Verified. The bread is also vegan and gum-free (no xanthan or other gums).

These whole grain roll offerings are fully baked. They can be thawed, then finished in the oven, sliced in half and toasted. A multipurpose 3.5 inch round roll that is great for dipping, and as sandwich bun. They are moist, so I prefer baking at 400 degrees to achieve a nice crisp browning.
