Our first offering, sliced and ready to toast, layer, crouton, sandwich. Gluten-free bread was hard to find at the market with the texture and structure of fresh, homemade bread. The bells and whistles in our first offering celebrated not only being gluten-free, but is also vegan, allergen-free, and gum-free, (no xanthan gum or other gums), corn free. Let me add the bread is GFCO, Kosher, Halal, Non-GMO Project Verified, and has a nice amount of fiber without tasting like it does. Simply put, it has a real bread taste all its own. We do things a bit more downhome around here. That’s the difference we are baking. Enjoy Farm Table toasted, it’s exquisite toasted!
Use Artisan Original to make French toast, grill some vegan grilled cheese, toasted with avocado and spices, make your favorite sandwich. Back at the bakery we’re busy planning some exciting new offerings, including a whole unsliced loaf of the same and our newest offering, Gregorio’s Whole Grain Panino Rolls. Can’t wait to share them with you. These gluten-free rolls are ideal for the meal table bread basket, or sliced and toasted for sandwiches and spreads.
We do share some equipment with allergens, with full disclosure on our label. It means we also take great care and set up best practices to assure we are safely preparing our bread.
