Farm Table Gluten Free is proud to say, “WE’VE CRACKED THE CODE”. No longer is gluten-free bread hard to find in the marketplace with the texture and structure of fresh, homemade bread. You can find it here. The bells and whistles of our first offering celebrated not only being gluten-free, but is also vegan, allergen-free, gum-free, (no xanthan gum or other gums), and corn free. Let me add, the bread is GFCO, Kosher, Halal, Non-GMO Project Verified, and has a nice amount of fiber without tasting like it does. Simply put, it has a real bread taste all its own. We do things a bit more downhome around here. That’s the difference we are baking. Their taste and texture are enticing to the pallet.  Our breads do not crumble, and are gum free, no xanthan or other gums.  Simple ingredients are a big part of their wholesome quality.  Moist and hearty, they love to be crisply toasted, while maintaining a soft interior.  These breads are rich in fiber, and have less than a gram of sugar per slice.  Read the information panel to see where we address many, if not all, of your dietary concerns. The Whole Loaf offers culinary versatility. With different blade textures and slice thicknesses, you can offer your own creativity. The Whole Loaf can be thawed and refrigerated for up two two weeks.

Farm Table Gluten Free’s frozen Gregorio’s Whole Grain Panino Rolls appeal to the entire table, and not just those on a gluten-free diet. They are the perfect staple. Their taste and texture are enticing to the pallet.  Our breads do not crumble, and are gum free, no xanthan or other gums.  Simple ingredients are a big part of their wholesome quality.  Moist and hearty, they love to be crisply baked or toasted on the outside, while maintaining a soft interior.  These breads are rich in fiber, and low in sugar.  Read the information panel to see where we address many, if not all, of your dietary concerns. Gregorio’s Whole Grain Panino Rolls are excellent for dipping sauces, oils, or spreads at the meal table. When thawed you can slice, toast and use as a bun, or fork split to toast like an English muffin. Although the package recommends thawing, and baking at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, because they’re so moist, you may want to bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes for nice crisping on the outer crust.
